Cooks
Requires two years culinary experience in a high-volume hospitality
food and beverage operation. One year culinary training plus one year of
experience may be substituted for two years of culinary experience. Must
possess basic knife skills and knowledge of safe and efficient operation of
kitchen equipment. Must be able to effectively communicate with guests
and co-workers in English. Must be able to stand during entire shift
and have the ability to lift up to forty pounds. Must be able
to work various shifts and flexible hours.
Culinary Utility Positions
Requires prior culinary experience in a high-volume, hospitality-related
food and beverage operation. Must be able to effectively communicate with
guests and co-workers in English. Must be able to stand during entire
shift and have the ability to lift up to fifty pounds. Must be
able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
Directions to Eagleview Employee Center: Once you take the exit for Mohegan Sun Boulevard, proceed straight through the first light, remain in the far left lane and at the second light make a left. At the next light, make a left and stay to the right-hand side, entering the garage through the third floor. Proceed to the 6th level of the parking garage, then take the elevator to the first floor. The entrance to the Employee Center will be on your right just past the Security Desk.
