Employees participating in Mohegan Sun's Career Development Program will have the opportunity to develop strategies and to incorporate new ideas
to reach their professional goals. The Career Development Specialist will work with employees, providing information on:

- On-site and off-site educational programs
- In-house training programs
- Off-site seminars

- Assessments of current job and interpersonal skills
